We offer FREE REGULAR SHIPPING to the US and Canada for orders over $100.00 in value. MEMBERS in the US and Canada get FREE REGULAR SHIPPING on all orders of $50.00 or more. Sign up for a free membership account

Please note that our Free Shipping offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

For addresses within the US & Canada we offer two different shipping options, Regular and Express. Due to issues with international mail reliability, we currently offer only Express shipping for international orders.


United States


Regular Shipping

This option utilizes the US Postal Service, and typically takes between 6 to 10 business days for delivery from the date of order. This option includes tracking.

Express Shipping

Express orders to the US are sent with either FedEx or UPS overnight services. With this option, orders are fast-tracked, and usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Expect delivery 2-3 business days from the date of the order, barring unforeseen shipping delays. Please note that a signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. This option includes tracking.


Canada


Regular Shipping

Orders placed with Regular shipping use Canada Post's lettermail. Due to the inconsistent delivery standards of this service, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery of your order from the date of shipping. This option does not include tracking.

Express Shipping

Express orders within Canada are sent with either FedEx or UPS overnight services. With this option, orders are fast-tracked, and usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Expect delivery 2-3 business days from the date of the order, barring unforeseen shipping delays. Expect delivery 2-3 business days from the date of the order. Please note that a signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. This option includes tracking.


International


Express Shipping

Due to past issues with lost international Regular shipments, we currently require Express Shipping with all International orders. With this option, orders are fast-tracked, and usually shipped within 1-2 business days using either FedEx or UPS. Expect delivery 2-4 business days from the date of the order. Rural destinations may take longer depending on your location. Please note that a signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. This option includes tracking.

Please be aware that for orders shipping outside of the USA and Canada, the courier may charge you a duty/customs fee upon entering your destination country.


With all orders, it is Stoney Creek's goal to beat our standard guidelines and get your labels to you ahead of schedule. However, we have no control over either Canada Post or the US Postal Service and delays do occur from time to time.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns on labels once they have been shipped. If however you are not satisfied with the services and products we have provided you with, please contact our customer service team and we will work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been printed, please contact us right away either by phone at 1-866-858-4453 or email at info@stoneycreekwinepress.com. Please note that setup fees or proof charges cannot be refunded for work already performed.

Please note that as of October 11, 2019, PayPal enacted a policy making transaction fees non-refundable, and as such, all refunds are subject to a processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will reprint your labels at no charge and ship them using the same method as the original shipment. If you choose, you may request to upgrade the shipping method for your replacement labels (standard shipping rates will apply).

If your shipment arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged labels to info@stoneycreekwinepress.com and we will provide replacements at no charge.
