Will I Get a Proof?

With our new label editor, you get a very good idea of what the final label will look like when you set up your design.

For regular orders, we generally do not send a follow-up PDF proof as this slows down the process unnecessarily. However, our customer service team will check your order carefully and ensure that it looks as good as possible before we go to print. If there is something that really stands out in a negative way, we will generally get in touch to discuss the issue with you. Please note however that while we will do our best to catch common errors such as spelling corrections, we cannot guarantee that we will catch everything, therefore we highly recommend that you carefully review all of your label content prior to placing your order.

If you would still like to receive a PDF proof of your order for review prior to production, we offer this service for an additional fee. Simply check the proof box in your shopping cart next to each of the designs you'd like to proof, and your service representative will follow up with you once your order has been put together.
