8 out of 10 The custom labels I ordered were perfect and looked great. The print-on labels shipped were the wrong item. I notified Stoney Creek and they immediately ordered shipment of the correct labels. They advised I could keep the incorrect label shipment. Excellent customer service - always.

Since I was not spending a great deal, I would have gladly paid less for shipping as I didnt need it right away. The quality was great and exactly as depicted. I would have gone with a slightly different colour if it had been available. Otherwise, everthing was very impressive.

I have ordered 2 dozen different labels for gifts and everyone goes crazy for them. They are always a hit and a unique gift. I've given them for weddings, showers, milestone birthdays, going away parties, retirement etc. And Stoney Creek is ALWAYS very fast and when I have dealt with customer service they have been polite and competent
