We offer FREE SHIPPING to the US for all orders over $100.00 in value. MEMBERS in the US get FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00 in value.

For orders outside the US, we will reduce your regular shipping charge by an equivalent amount for all orders over $100.00 in value ($50.00 for Members)

We ship wine labels all over the world and generally offer two different shipping options, Regular and Express. Depending on your location, we use different methods as follows:

USA

Regular Delivery ($6.50)

This option utilizes the US Postal Service's Priority Mail service. With this option please allow between 6 and 10 working days for delivery from the date of order.

Express Delivery ($39.00 - $52.00 for AK/HI)

Stoney Creek uses FedEx overnight as our Express delivery option in the USA. With this option, orders are fast-tracked, and usually shipped within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Expect delivery 2-3 days from the date of the order.

Canada

Regular Delivery ($15.00)

Due to Canada Post's inconsistent delivery standards for letter mail and parcel post, we have elected to use Express post for our Regular delivery service. This service, while expensive, provides tracking and a more reliable service. With this option, please allow between 6 and 10 working days for delivery from the date of order. NOTE: FREE SHIPPING OFFERS USE REGULAR LETTERPOST

Express Delivery ($39.00)

Stoney Creek uses FedEx overnight as our Express delivery option in Canada. With this option, orders are fast-tracked, and usually shipped within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Expect delivery 2-3 days from the date of the order.

International

Regular Delivery ($16.00 and up)

This option utilizes The US Postal Service's Global Priority Mail service. With this option please allow between 8 and 12 working days for delivery from the date of order.

Express Delivery ($52.50 and up)

Stoney Creek uses FedEx overnight as our Express delivery option for International orders. With this option, orders are fast-tracked, and usually shipped within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Expect delivery 2-4 days from the date of the order.

With all orders, it is Stoney Creek's goal to beat our standard guidelines and get your labels to you ahead of schedule. However, we have no control over either Canada Post or the US Postal Service and delays do occur from time to time.
